Resort Recanto das ÁguasThe Spa Restaurant is not only located over looking the ocean and woodland area but is decorated in cheerful citrus colors. Guests will appreciate the delicious dishes served as well as their pleasant surroundings.

The nutrition of the Spa frequenters is totally supervised by a nutritionist and a doctor, who provide optional food diet choices based on the preference of the Spa frequenter. The diet selections are in accordance to the type of treatment programs offered such as: weight loss, weight gain, anti stress, detoxification and food reduction having first considered their sex, age, weight, height and length of treatment.

6 balanced meals are offered daily at the Spa Restaurant which not only keep the Spa frequenter healthy, but are absolutely delicious.

Hours of meal service:

  • Breakfast: 7:30 a.m.
  • Snack: 9:45 a.m.
  • Lunch: 12:00 p.m.
  • Snack: 4:30 p.m.
  • Dinner: 7:00 p.m.
  • Supper: 9:00 p.m.
